Data Deletion Instructions

Brand Alchemy (operated by Alchemy Ventures, LLC) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, including any data associated with social media accounts you have connected to our services.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• The name of any connected social media account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or YouTube) you want disconnected and deleted, if applicable
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted

What we delete

Upon a verified request, we will:

• Delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to limited exceptions required or permitted by law (such as records we must retain for legal, accounting, or security purposes)
• Disconnect any social media accounts you connected through our services and revoke the access tokens associated with them, so we can no longer publish on your behalf or read your account data
• Instruct our service providers to delete the personal information they processed on our behalf, where applicable

Connected social accounts

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or YouTube account to Brand Alchemy, you can revoke our access at any time directly from that platform's app settings. Revoking access there immediately stops our ability to act on your behalf. To also have us delete the records we hold about that connection, email [email protected] as described above.

Timeframe

We acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. If we need more time or cannot fulfill part of a request due to a legal obligation, we will tell you why.
