STAGE BOOKER (EVENT AND PARTNERSHIP MANAGER)
This role’s mission is to secure high-quality stage bookings for Brand Alchemy clients through direct relationships, while acting as a quality control layer across all outbound booking efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Secure stage placements through existing relationships
- Identify and close high-probability booking opportunities quickly
- Prioritize speed + quality over volume
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Event organizers
- Conference producers
- Industry partners
- Develop repeatable booking channels beyond cold outreach
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in stage booking, speaker placement, or partnerships
- Existing relationships with event organizers, producers, or bookers
- Track record of securing high-quality placements
- Strong judgment for what makes a “good” vs “bad” booking
- Bonus point for:
- Experience in podcast booking or PR
- Background in speaker bureaus or event production
- Experience working alongside outbound/outreach teams
- Rolodex that can generate immediate bookings
