OUTREACH SPECIALIST
Run the visibility engine. You'll research, pitch, and book our clients on podcasts, stages, and media opportunities that drive real business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research and identify high-value podcast, stage, and media opportunities
- Craft and send personalized pitches on behalf of clients
- Manage relationships with podcast hosts, event organizers, and media contacts
- Track outreach metrics, booking rates, and placement quality
- Coordinate with strategy team to align placements with client positioning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in PR, media relations, podcast booking, or outreach
- Proven track record of securing placements for clients
- Excellent written communication and pitch-writing skills
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client campaigns
- Experience with CRM or outreach tools
