WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit short-form video content for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Create engaging hooks, captions, and visual treatments
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews) into short clips
- Maintain brand consistency across all video output
- Stay current on platform trends and best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in video editing, specifically short-form social content
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Portfolio of engaging short-form content
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices
