Qualify inbound leads and book them for strategy calls. You're the first voice prospects hear and the filter that ensures our closers only speak with qualified opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and chat
- Qualify prospects against our ideal client criteria
- Book qualified leads for strategy calls with account executives
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
- Follow up with unresponsive leads via multi-channel sequences
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years in sales, appointment setting, or lead qualification
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach sequences
- High energy, organized, and goal-oriented
- Experience in B2B or agency environments is a plus
