WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and attract candidates for open roles across all departments
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Manage the candidate pipeline and hiring process
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and evaluations
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for agency, startup, or creative roles
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals)
- Excellent communication and candidate experience focus
- Organized with strong pipeline management habits
