SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR (OPERATIONS)
Build and optimize the internal systems that power Brand Alchemy. You'll connect tools, automate workflows, and ensure our operations scale smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement workflow automations across the tech stack
- Integrate tools (GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Document SOPs and system architecture
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations
- Collaborate with all departments to identify process improvements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in operations, systems integration, or RevOps
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and systems thinking
- Ability to document processes clearly
- Experience in agency or service-based businesses is a plus
