SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER

Manage social media presence and community engagement for Brand Alchemy and select clients. You'll build engaged audiences and drive meaningful conversations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan and execute social media content calendars
  • Manage community engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)
  • Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations
  • Report on social metrics and audience growth
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams on content direction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years in social media management or community management
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B/personal brands
  • Excellent writing skills and brand voice adaptability
  • Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
  • Understanding of founder and executive audiences
