PROJECT MANAGER
Keep client projects on track and on time. You'll coordinate across teams to ensure every deliverable ships with quality and nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across client engagements
- Coordinate work across strategy, creative, outreach, and client success teams
- Run internal standups and project reviews
- Identify blockers and escalate proactively
- Maintain project documentation and status tracking in ClickUp
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in project management, preferably in an agency environment
- Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- PMP or similar certification is a bonus, not a requirement
