WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process client invoicing and track payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with agency or service-based business financials
  • Understanding of contractor payments and 1099 processes
