Manage Brand Alchemy's financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process client invoicing and track payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with agency or service-based business financials
- Understanding of contractor payments and 1099 processes
