CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Set the creative vision for Brand Alchemy and our client brands. You'll lead the design team and ensure every visual output communicates authority and credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and evolve Brand Alchemy's visual identity and creative standards
- Lead creative direction for client brand builds, websites, and assets
- Manage and mentor the design team
- Present creative concepts to leadership and clients
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in creative direction, brand design, or art direction
- Portfolio demonstrating premium, authority-driven brand work
- Experience leading creative teams
- Strong understanding of digital, web, and social design
- Experience working with founder or executive personal brands is a strong plus
