CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER
Support client engagements and ensure smooth execution of deliverables. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and coordinate internal workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage day-to-day client communications and expectations
- Coordinate deliverables across strategy, creative, and outreach teams
- Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met
- Prepare client reports and performance summaries
- Escalate issues and flag opportunities to the Client Success Director
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in account management, client success, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
