CLIENT SUCCESS DIRECTOR
Lead the client experience from onboarding to results. You'll manage relationships with high-level founders and ensure every engagement delivers measurable outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end client relationship for a portfolio of accounts
- Lead onboarding, strategy sessions, and quarterly reviews
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure deliverables ship on time
- Track and report on client outcomes (placements, pipeline, authority growth)
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive retention
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or consulting
- Experience working with C-suite clients or founder-led businesses
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable with data-driven performance tracking
- Leadership experience managing direct reports is a plus
