AI ENGINEER
Build and maintain AI-powered systems that help our team and clients scale authority faster. You'll work on automation, content intelligence, and internal tooling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows for content, outreach, and analytics
- Build internal tools that automate repetitive processes across departments
- Evaluate and integrate new AI models and APIs into existing systems
- Collaborate with the operations and strategy teams to identify automation opportunities
- Maintain documentation and ensure system reliability
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years experience with Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
- Experience building production AI applications, not just prototypes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Bonus: experience with marketing automation or CRM integrations
