Effie Parnell-Hopkinson is the Director of Operations at Brand Alchemy, where she helps create operational clarity, scalability, and impact. With over seven years of experience scaling startups, she specializes in building systems that free leaders to focus on creativity and growth while ensuring teams deliver at their best.
Effie began her entrepreneurial journey founding EPH Nutrition during her master’s degree, combining science-led solutions with strategic marketing to create a successful brand. She later launched Harmonia Operations, where she developed the F² Formula to help founders streamline processes, increase margins, and reclaim freedom in their businesses.
As a Fractional COO, Effie has supported international companies in health, technology, and coaching, driving growth through organizational restructuring, vendor optimization, and data-driven decision-making. She has saved companies over $200,000 annually in expenses, delivered $1.1M in first-year revenue, and led teams through 120% quarterly growth.
Her leadership background also includes serving as Head of Operations at Flow Research Collective, where she built systems that boosted client retention and lifetime value, as well as senior roles at Scale My Clinic and The Health Evolved Academy.
